snowy sunday

On Sunday we woke up to almost 2 feet of snow. It didn’t stop falling all day- The craziest part was that Tahoe and the mountains didn’t see nearly any snow, it was all in the valley. Usually we get a few inches while Tahoe and the mountains get pounded. Crazy weather, but fun non the less. The hard part was that it looked like this last weekend… 60 degree t-shirt weather!
pure joy

This is the look we got from the boy when the garage door opened and Cloe headed out into the 24 inches of fun.

nose dive

She is more like a seal then a dog when the snow is this deep.

Hey Mom, this stuff is CRAZY!

lunch time sleeper

oh, well. Lunch can wait…
At this point I was laughing so hard I was snorting. We were a little worried since he had a mouth full of half chewed chicken but we got him to wake up, and stay awake long enough to chew and swallow it all. he slept for 3+ hours after we moved him to a bed. I have never seen him do this before, so I knew he was spent.

OMG! He has got to be the cutest thing ever!! I think we might be able to get to Reno for a day or two in late May (weekend before Memorial day). Don’t suppose you’d be around?

That snow was so much fun! Now, it’s almost gone! Oh, how I remember those days of kids falling asleep while eating. It’s crazy to think about. I could never fall asleep while eating!!
